A group of scientists from the Clintel network has worked very hard on an extensive analysis of the IPCC AR6 Report. We are happy to announce that we have now finished our work. The end result is the 180-page report\u00a0The Frozen Climate Views of the IPCC<\/em>.
In it we document many biases and errors in the IPCC AR6 report.\u00a0\u00a0The press release starts like this:
Thorough analysis by Clintel shows serious errors in latest IPCC report<\/strong>
The IPCC ignored crucial peer-reviewed literature showing that normalised disaster losses have decreased since 1990 and that human mortality due to extreme weather has decreased by more than 95% since 1920. The IPCC, by cherry picking from the literature, drew the opposite conclusions, claiming increases in damage and mortality due to anthropogenic climate change. These are two important conclusions of the report The Frozen Climate Views of the IPCC, published by the Clintel Foundation.\u00a0\u00a0
The 180-page report is \u2013 as far as we know \u2013 the first serious international \u2018assessment\u2019 of the IPCC\u2019s Sixth Assessment Report. In 13 chapters the Clintel report shows the IPCC rewrote climate history, emphasizes an implausible worst-case scenario, has a huge bias in favour of \u2018bad news\u2019 and against \u2018good news\u2019, and keeps the good news out of the Summary for Policy Makers.
The errors and biases that Clintel documents in the report are far worse than those that led to the investigation of the IPCC by the Interacademy Councel (IAC Review) in 2010. Clintel believes that the IPCC should reform or be dismantled.

Clintel wants to be and to remain a fully indepedent think tank. This means ideally our funding comes from a (very) large group of individuals and SME’s (small and medium-sized enterprises). We have plans to start a weekly video show, but to do this, a larger suppport base would be very helpful. Clintel is an Amsterdam (The Netherlands) based thinktank founded in 2019 by Dutch emeritus professor Guus Berkhout and science writer Marcel Crok. Clintel operates as a climate science and climate policy watchdog. In its first year it launched the World Climate Declaration, stating firmly \u201cthere is no climate emergency\u201d. That declaration is now signed by  1550 scientists and experts.
Clintel wants to be independent from governments as these are the main funders of climate science and policy. In practice it means we need broad support from citizens and small and medium enterprises around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
